Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using any Igris product, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products or services.

These Terms apply to all users of Igris Suite (our cloud-based platform) and Igris Labs (our standalone tools), including users who are also contributors of content, information, and other materials or services.

2. Service Description

Igris is an ecosystem of smart tools designed for freelancers and small teams, organized into two product lines:

• Igris Suite — A cloud-based subscription platform that includes Invoice (billing and invoicing), Wallet (expense and income tracking), and CRM (contacts and deal management). Access is provided through free and paid subscription plans.
• Igris Labs — Standalone tools with independent pricing. Currently includes Drop, a native macOS application for color picking and design utilities. Labs products may be offered as one-time purchases, subscriptions, or free downloads depending on the product.

3. Account Registration

Igris Suite: To use Igris Suite, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Igris Labs: Some Labs products may not require an account. Where an account or license activation is required, you agree to provide accurate information during purchase or registration.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions, Licenses, and Payments

Igris Suite: Igris Suite offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Billing cycles are set at the beginning of your subscription. For plans with usage-based pricing, additional usage charges are calculated and added to your monthly base fee.

Igris Labs: Labs products have independent pricing models. Some may be offered as one-time purchases, others as subscriptions. The specific terms (including pricing, license duration, and renewal) are presented at the time of purchase for each product.

We reserve the right to modify our fees. Any price changes will be communicated to you with at least 30 days' notice.

All payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in our official refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Igris products only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Interfere with or disrupt any Igris service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our products
• Use any Igris product to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Igris Labs software, except as permitted by applicable law
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell any Igris product without our written consent
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

6. Intellectual Property

All Igris products — including Igris Suite and Igris Labs applications — and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Igris and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Igris Suite: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan.

Igris Labs: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use purchased software on devices as specified at the time of purchase. This license is personal and may not be shared, transferred, or sublicensed.

7. User Content

Igris Suite: You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the platform, including invoices, contacts, financial data, and signatures. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

Igris Labs: Content you create or process using Labs tools remains entirely yours. Labs products that operate locally do not transmit your content to our servers, and we claim no rights over locally-processed content.

You are responsible for the content you create and must ensure you have the necessary rights to use and share it.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

All Igris products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that any product will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Igris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of any Igris product.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to any Igris product immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Igris Suite: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Igris Labs: License termination depends on the specific product's licensing model. One-time purchase licenses remain valid unless revoked due to a breach of these Terms. Subscription-based Labs products follow the same cancellation rules as Suite.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through our products. Your continued use of any Igris product after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
