  • Igris Suite — A cloud-based subscription platform that includes Invoice (billing and invoicing), Wallet (expense and income tracking), and CRM (contacts and deal management). Data is stored in our cloud infrastructure.
  • Igris Labs — Standalone tools with independent pricing. Currently includes Drop, a native macOS application for color picking and design utilities. Labs products may operate locally on your device or connect to our cloud services depending on the product.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account for Igris Suite or purchase an Igris Labs product, we collect:

  • Full name and email address
  • Password (encrypted) — for Igris Suite accounts
  • Payment information (processed securely through our payment provider)

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use our services:

  • Device information (browser type, operating system)
  • IP address and general location
  • Pages visited and features used

Igris Labs native apps: Standalone desktop applications like Drop may collect anonymous usage analytics (such as feature usage frequency and crash reports) to improve the product. These apps primarily operate locally on your device and do not transmit your working files or personal content to our servers unless a specific feature requires it (e.g., license activation or update checks).

User Content

Igris Suite: We store the content you create and upload to the platform, including invoices, contacts, financial records, and email signatures. You retain full ownership of this content.

Igris Labs: Standalone tools like Drop process data locally on your device. We do not collect or store the content you create with these tools unless you explicitly use a cloud-syncing feature.

How We Use Your Information
